In this role, you will lead and execute core accounting processes, record financial transactions, prepare and review payments, support tax compliance, and prepare financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The ideal candidate will help streamline and improve the month-end close process while partnering with cross-functional teams to develop scalable financial reporting solutions for both existing and new initiatives.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, regulatory reporting, and state filing deadlines.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create and implement enhanced financial reporting processes to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify, evaluate, and implement accounting software solutions that meet Injective's needs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain the accuracy and integrity of core accounting functions, including accounts payable, general ledger, payroll, fixed assets, and investments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Reconcile bank accounts, crypto wallets, and corporate card accounts.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Assist with the review of U.S. and international payroll processing.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and variance analyses to ensure the accuracy of financial statements.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support year-end audit activities and coordinate with external auditors as needed.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prepare and manage annual corporate tax filings.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with external tax advisors, auditors, and service providers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Who you are:</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA license preferred</p></li><li><p style="
