This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of accounting processes, contributing to our mission of unlocking financial freedom and scaling returns efficiently within the cryptocurrency industry.</p> </div> <div data-page-number="1"> <h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> </div> <div data-page-number="1"> <ul> <li><strong>Lead the Trading Pillar: </strong>Direct a team focused on the day-to-day operations and month-end close for spot trading, DeFi, and market-making workstreams.</li> <li><strong>Digital Asset Accounting:</strong> Execute accounting for complex trading strategies, including Mark-to-Market (MTM) valuations, cost-basis tracking, and realized/unrealized gain/loss analysis.</li> <li><strong>DeFi & Smart Contract Oversight: </strong>Manage the accounting treatment for DeFi activities, including liquidity provisioning, yield farming, and interactions with various decentralized protocols.</li> <li><strong>Market Making Operations: </strong>Oversee the financial reporting for market-making activities, ensuring accurate tracking of inventory, flow, and spread-based revenue.</li> <li><strong>Systems & Automation:</strong> Partner with the Data and Engineering teams to optimize the Sub ledger, ensuring seamless data flow from proprietary trading platforms into ERP.</li> <li><strong>Reconciliation Leadership: </strong>Drive the resolution of high-volume, unstructured reconciliations across various exchanges, liquidi
