We are looking for a precise, ownership-driven Accountant who can walk into a fast-moving environment, figure out what needs to be done, and just do it - without being told twice.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>This is not a clock-in clock-out role. </em></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>It is not basic bookkeeping. </em></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>It is not consolidating numbers someone else has already organized. </em></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>You will be the only finance person on the ground, and you will be expected to own the financial operations of this company end to end - from cleaning up what is behind to building a system that keeps things accurate and visible going forward.</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>If you need hand-holding, a manager to escalate to, or a structured SOP on day one, this role is not for you. </em></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">If you thrive in ambiguity, are obsessive about accuracy, and take personal ownership of every number you touch, keep re
