Job Description

<p style="min-height:1.5em">As an Account Executive. You will be Alchemy’s <strong>tip of the spear</strong> in the Solana ecosystem — building, closing, and expanding partnerships with top apps, infra providers, and ecosystem players. You’ll be equally comfortable in a hackathon booth, on a stage at Breakpoint, or in a multi-threaded deal cycle with a Series B founder and their engineering lead. This is a builder’s role. You’ll shape our Solana GTM engine from the ground up — from identifying the most strategic accounts to partnering with product and engineering on roadmap priorities.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive new business and expansion within the <strong>Solana-native developer ecosystem</strong> across DeFi, NFTs, gaming, infra, and emerging categories.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Leverage your <strong>existing Solana network</strong> to open doors, accelerate trust, and shorten sales cycles.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate directly with the Solana Foundation, SuperTeams, and ecosystem partners on joint GTM motions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Represent Alchemy at top Solana events, hackathons, and community meetups globally.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run a <strong>tight product feedback loop</strong> with our Solana engineering team to keep us ahead of the competition on performance and features.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work closely with marketing on co-marketing, case studies, and success stories that make “Powered by Alchemy” a mark of trust in Solana.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Deep relationships in the Solana ecosystem</strong> and the ability to activate them.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>5–8+ years</strong> in B2B sales or BD with a track record of hitting/exceeding targets in high-growth, technical markets.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience closing partnerships with startups and scaling teams, ideally in dev tooling, infrastructure, or adjacent categories.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">The ability to thrive in <strong>fast-moving, ambiguous markets</strong> — and to build the playbook as you go.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A genuine passion for Web3, crypto infrastructure, and Solana’s mission.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Benefits &amp; Perks</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">🩺  Medical, Dental, &amp; Vision<br />💪  Gym Reimbursement<br />🖥️  Home Office Build-out Budget<br />🥙  In-Office Group Meals<br />🧘‍♂️  Wellbeing &amp; Mental Health Perks<br />📚 Learning &amp; Development Stipend<br />🎉  Company Sponsored Conferences &amp; Events<br />💸  HSA and FSA Plans<br />🧬  Fertility Benefits</p>
