If you believe in bringing DeFi and digital assets to the mainstream, consider building your career at Paxos Labs.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1><strong>Who we're looking for</strong></h1><p style="min-height:1.5em">We’re looking for a 3D Motion & Marketing Designer to take full ownership of our brand’s visual storytelling — across social media, campaigns, product launches, partnerships and events.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll work closely with the product designer and our head of marketing to build a high-end, cohesive identity across every touchpoint. The foundation is there — but there’s still plenty to build, shape, and elevate.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Your work will have a direct impact on how our brand is perceived and experienced and you will define how our story moves.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead all 3D and motion design initiatives across marketing, brand and product.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Conceptualize, design, and animate visuals for campaigns, launches, and social media.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create 3D illustrations, motion sequences, and animations that reflect our brand aesthetic.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and expand our marketing design system.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate closely with product design, marketing, and leadership to ensure a unified visual language across all channels.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Push the creative boundaries of what’s possible with our brand’s look and feel.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Take ownership of projects from idea to final delivery — storyboarding, animating, compositing, editing, and finishing.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Incorporate sound design and compositing when needed to create fully polished motion pieces.</p></li></ul><h1><strong>Qualifications</strong></h1><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Must have:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Expert-level motion design and animation (After Effects, and one or more 3D tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Redshift, Octane).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong modeling, lighting, texturing, and rendering skills in 3D.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">High-end compositing and editing ability.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficient in Figm
